It doesn't happen often, but if you have not cleaned your FENIX^® surface correctly over time, dirt from multiple sources can build up inside the microstructure and cause it to change appearance.

Before following these instructions, please verify whether your matte surface is FENIX^®. Be aware that not all similar-looking matte surfaces have the same resistance to cleaning liquids. When in doubt, the supplier of your piece of furniture will be able to clarify if it is FENIX^®.

How To Deep Clean FENIX^® Surfaces

What You Need:

• Warm water
• Kitchen degreaser
• Limescale remover
• Melamine sponge (magic sponge)
• Clean cloths

Is the FENIX deep cleaning method safe?

Yes. Our deep cleaning method is completely safe and does the job of deep cleaning our products, whether that be your kitchen countertops or bathroom cabinets. Please note, however, that our cleaning instructions are designed specifically for FENIX^® products and we are not responsible for any damages on other materials when using this method.
