Innovation and sustainability are key drivers in the creation of valuable and durable materials for interior design. True to its values, our centre of excellence for technology (Nemho) developed Bloom, a core technology for FENIX NTM® innovative materials.

Our products are made of paper and thermosetting resins. Bloom is a technology introduced to significantly reduce the amount of fossil-based parts included in the resin. Replacing most impactful materials by increasing the share of bio-based materials is one of our main goals. With Bloom, we have substituted part of the fossil-based components in the resin with renewable secondary materials derived from industrial bio-based by-products. 

The high bio-based content (67%) is verified by an accredited third party according to the certification scheme complying with the NCS 16785:2016 norm.

FENIX NTM® BLOOM

FENIX NTM innovative materials for interior design are known for their features: extremely matt, soft touch and anti-fingerprint. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. Bloom technology increases their bio-based composition while maintaining FENIX’s signature properties. 

The bio-based content of FENIX NTM Bloom, verified according to NCS 16785:2016, is certified by an accredited third party with a declared minimum 67% bio-based content. The certificate is available for download on fenixforinteriors.info. 

FENIX NTM Bloom is available in 0.7mm thickness with a black core.
